BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Hochuli has been a partner with Jones, Skelton & Hochuli since it
was founded in 1983. During that time, he has tried well over 150 civil
jury trials to verdict. Mr. Hochuli concentrates his practice on Legal
Malpractice and Professional Liability, Extra-Contractual defense,
Transportation defense, Products Liability, Premise Liability, Medical
Device defense, and Personal Injury defense, including Toxic Torts. He
is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and an
advocate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a
Director of the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the USLAW
Network. Mr. Hochuli is a 1976 graduate of the University of Arizona
College of Law and is admitted to practice in Arizona state and federal
courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In his free time, Mr.
Hochuli moonlights as a Referee in the National Football League. |
